Returns & Refund Policy

At Brittique Designs, we take pride in the quality of our products and carefully package each order to ensure it arrives safely.


Returns

We do not offer returns, refunds, exchanges, or store credit for change of mind.

We will only offer a replacement, refund, or store credit if:

  • Your item arrives damaged, or

  • You receive an incorrect item

Our policy is valid for 7 days from the date your order is marked as delivered. After this period, we are unable to process any claims.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase must be provided

The following items are not eligible for return, refund, or store credit:

  • Live Sale purchases

  • Clearance or sale items

  • Live Sale deposits (non-refundable)

Due to the nature of our products, used or opened items cannot be returned for hygiene and quality control reasons.


Reporting an Issue

To request a return, replacement, or refund, please contact us within 7 days of delivery:

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

⚠️ Returns must be approved prior to being sent back. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.


Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the outcome.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method

  • Please allow 5–7 business days for processing (processing times may vary depending on your financial institution)


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again

  2. Contact your payment provider

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are:

  • Damaged, or

  • Defective

If you require a replacement, please contact us and we will assist you.


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

For returns over $100, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.


Shipping & Delivery Disclaimer

Brittique Designs is not responsible for parcels that are lost or stolen after being marked as delivered.

Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.


Policy Updates

Brittique Designs reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being published on this page.


Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy excludes or overrides your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
