Shipping Policy
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Please note that processing time does not include shipping time. During busy periods, slight delays may occur — if so, we’ll notify you via email.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Estimated delivery time for standard shipping is 3–7 business days, however delays may occur due to Australia Post or courier services. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Brittique Designs is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If an order is returned to us, reshipping costs will be at the customer’s expense.
By placing an order, you authorise the shipping carrier to leave your parcel in a safe place if you are unavailable.
Brittique Designs is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to lodge a claim and retain all packaging.
Orders cannot be changed or cancelled once they have been processed.
We currently ship within Australia & New Zealand only.
